I now provide hypnotherapy services. Hypnotherapy uses meditative practices such as relaxation, guided imagery, and creative, imaginative techniques to help with a variety of client problems. Hypnotherapy can be used to manage stress, create a positive self image, make a behavior change, or stop a bad habit, as well as dealing with traumatic experiences.
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. The therapist merely acts a guide to help you work through the issues. You are in complete control of the process, and you are aware of yourself and your surroundings the entire time. I will make a recording of the session on your phone so you can use it at home to continue your progress.
