How Can I Help?
I work with individuals who are struggling with their identity and sense of self, trying to understand their life choices and how they ended up where they are, and how to get back on track. I also work with people in relationships: couples who want to feel more connected or stop the cycle of arguments, as well as families with adolescents who are not sure how to parent a teen in this busy, confusing world.
