IS THERAPY FOR ME?
It is difficult to ask for help.

We have been taught to think that asking for help is a sign of weakness. But in truth, weakness comes in refusing to admit there is a problem. Asking for help can be the first step to leading a stronger life, and toward gaining personal power.

You may believe that if you can't solve your own problems, then how can anyone else help? Yet, a trained and compassionate therapist can help you to see your problems in a different light, find ways to deal with it, and learn problem-solving and coping skills to manage the difficult times.

Other people may feel that if they need help from a couselor or therapist then that means they are "crazy." But seeking help is far from being crazy. In fact, it may be the most sane thing you ever do, because it can help you get your life back on track

Therapy can be helpful to you if:
  • You feel that you have a hopeless situation that just won't change, no matter what you do.
  • You are having difficulty with significant relationships in your life.
  • You feel "stuck" in a job/career, or in a life situation.
  • Your symptoms of anxiety or depression seem to control you and prevent you from really living.
  • You have recurring thoughts about past trauma, abuse, relationships, or regrets.
If you are dealing with any of the above issues, please give me a call today so we can discuss how I may help you: 404-201-2048.
